On Friday we went to a science road show at Cobham School.  There were lots of cool gadgets and gizmos.  My favorite was the hovercraft  because it was jet powered.

And there was a grip tester.

My right arm is weaker than my left And there was a box with two wires.

and electricity  going up the wires and there was a solar powered air cannon.

  1. Hey Corbin,

I am Jade C from the Summer Learning Journey team 2018. I will be reading your blog posts this summer along with Hazel, Rachel, and Jade F.

I enjoyed reading your personal recount. I wonder if there were big robots that were the size of your body! I bought a helicopter drone with my friend this Christmas and we tried controlling it in the park but it was really hard because of the strong wind. It flew to somewhere else and hit the trees. It didn't break because it's quite stronger than it looks. Do you have a robot?

We are thrilled that you've registered for the Summer Learning Journey with us. I know it can sometimes be tricky to get started. I have included a link to the week one activities, but remember, you can do them in any order! Check out the activities on our website, and then post your responses to the activities here on your blog site.

I am looking forward to read more of your amazing activity posts!
