summer learning journey prep

Hi blogger today we are having a summer learning journey prep work. And we are researching thing about that country did you know that the capital of australia is canberra 356,585 live in canberra that is a lot right. And guess what it would usually be about 29 digress celsius which is super hot right. So people who live there are going to be cooking in that heat right. It must be super intense I have been to australia and I was just about melting and it was the middle of winter there I don't know how people do it. in that heat that's all for now bye:)

Pet Day!!!!!

Hi bloggers today at our school we are
 are having pet day. And we will have gumboot throwing and stuff like that and me and my friend eamon we made a car and it was a breeze and we are so in for a win but there was some good creations so we might no win it is a 50.50 chance. Of me and eamon winning so I am pretty confident  and we put a lego man in the car and it looked epic. And it looked like a mario kart and it looked funny as well as epic and someone made a octopus out of a banana peel and it looked hilarious  and someone in my class tried to make  a worm and it didn't work out so good
and we didn't win a prize which was a bit disappointing anyway bye for now:)

 Hi bloggers today I will talk about how I am doing something called the summer learning journey. And it is about blogging over the summer holidays and the prizes are a new phone a new chromebook  headphones bluetooth speaker a drone. And some  bonus prizes and I might have a good chance to get a prize.

my book

Hi bloggers today I have just finished my book. And it took about a day and a half to complete. And I added some detail and made it look a lot better. And the cover was made on google slides and it took for ever to make on slides.
The book is called corbin potter and the philosophers stone here is the cover.

the gold fish boy

Hi bloggers this week at yms we are having hooked on books week. It is were we read different books every day and it is super fun. and today we had this man come in and his name was tamatia and he was super funny.

he made everyone laugh. he could make even the most stubborn person laugh. he was amazing.
at making people laugh hze is the god of laughing and he came int to talk to   us about making the right choices  and being a better person and being a great person in general and that's all for today  until next time bye:)

Athletics day

hi, bloggers, i'm  back with another blog post this one is about another piece of writing  here it is

One fine day at yaldhurst shool a star was created in the high jump.    
His name Corbin Jones
he jumped a meter.10. And there was only one other person who

could get near his score his
name Aliz’e May Irton. He was the year levels speedster only he could get 1.10 in this event.

They were pro’s at high jump they were both very fast Corbin could almost beat aliz’e in
Sprints Corbin just got beat by aliz’e but in high jump they are equal. They both are the best they are tided the first witch made Corbin feel a lot better about himself. So that made him push harder he tried to get 1.13 but he couldn’t get that hight.

to get to zones for the high jump. And he was sad that he didn’t get into zones at least he got into zones for long distance and sprints. And that  filled with joy when he got home he told his whole family about how he got into zones for sprints and long distance they were so happy for him they were stoked espescely his dad he was super excited he let Corbin get whatever he wants from the supermarket and then they went back home Corbin then helped his little brother with his homework then they were interrupted by trick or treaters so Corbin gave them some candy and said happy Halloween then went back to helping devon again.

My writing

Hi, bloggers, my shout out is my friend Eamon and yesterday I improved this piece of writing


Who is that I think when I hear something go squeak it was my son and grandson.  I sit him on a box and say sit tight I will be done with the lawns sone. then I hear a crash and an ohf and a  helmet rolls on to the lawn.

And I look in the garage and say Santa Maria and see the wagon and say that wagon used to be your dads what do you say we take it out for a spin. My grandson says ahuha I say keep your arms and legs in the ride at all times. and I guess your dad never told you about the escaped zoo monkeys.

Well, they cause a lot of trouble around here the street turns into the forest did you hear that they must be close. They appear and my grandson fake screams like ahhhhhhhhh and I jog past a little playing on her phone. We go over a jump I get in the wagon and it turns into a boat.

And we sail past crocodiles and we go over a waterfall and our boat turns into a plane and then we are out of fuel I say we have to jump I  jump and say it now or never my jumps and pulls his parachute we land in the park and I say monkeys crocodiles are just pests compared to  aliens then aliens shoot swings and the battle is on we take out all the small ships but then we have to face the mother ship but really it was just my sons car we smile and  my son says how did you to get so filthy a then he sees his old wagon and says did nono tell you about the time we went to the moon I says astronauts proper for liftoff then they  lunch out into space THE END.

this has at least 300 words in it anyway bye for now:)

ki o'rahi tornement

Last week on Friday some of my class went to a ki,o. rahi tournament it was super fun it is a great game. We were there for there hours we played at gilberthorpes school the sad thing is that we lost every game which was a bit of a bummer but we still had a good time see you later:).

hi, guys, this is algebra and I know at first I thought algebra was hard as well but it is acutely pretty easy all it's like 12+a=24 so it is pretty much just a letter that represents a missing number. at first, I thought that I could never get the hang of algebra.
but it does get some getting used to.

Refugee

Hi, guys, this is my friends and I  new project it a raft from a book called refugee. If you haven't read it yet it is a great book there are three main characters from three different countries and three different timelines. But all their stories will link together by one thing but I won't spoil it for you and it is by Alan Gratz he has great language and fluency the book really hooks you into the adventure bye for now:)

my basketball game

today  we had a basketball game and sadly we fell short of the win the score was 10 to 20 we were good on defense but not so good on our rebounds I got one shot in and took another one but it just missed by a few inches short of the hoop but hopefully, we win our next game and maybe I can get a few more shots in the hoop but the team we were playing deserved the win they were a good team  they were very accurate with there passing and skilling as well bye for now:)

Sonics shoes If you feel slow get sonics shoes  they will make you go as fast as the flash  witch is 300,000 mph that's Faster than a plane called a sr 71 blackbird. And that plane is mega fast it is a spy plane that can only fly at 1,000 mph and at a alterched of 200,000  witch is almost out of the atmosphere and in to space they had to wear space suits that’s how high it flew back to sonic’s shoes they are endangered with wires and electricity to power them so you can run super fast and they are tested before you buy them to make sure there is no melfhutchins  in the shoes but if you do discover a melfukchen in the shoes we will fix them for free with in 6 month of buying this product

this term we have been learning our 2x 5x and 10x tables and to be honest it went pretty well  and the people in my group Toby rhys isaac  blake hunter me(corbin) chole eamon aliee amelia

My Holiday Recount

In the holiday’s my family and i went to australia and it wa

s the best week of my life.My cousin raced down the water slides and I keep on winning and lost once  to my brother and I even bet my mum! My uncle bet my aunt and my mum bet my uncle.   And we went in a submarine and saw a blue whale.

The first night we stayed up to two o'clock in the. morning and slept till 10 then we went to an arcade. It was super fun and we were there for an hour and we went to movie world. Me and my cousin went on the scooby-doo ride and the green lantern ride. It was the most freeky one of them all, it was 45 all week round.  We almost melted down into a puddle of goo.

We flew first class and we went to a rugby game. Australia beat ireland 26 to 20.  On the way back we went first class again and we saw a wallaby family having a cuddle.

One night for dinner we got seafood and it was amazing. I wanted more than I could eat overnight. It was about 30 degrees for two days in  row! When we flew back it was 46. It was super super hot. We got to play on a nintendo switch. When we got back it was 33.
